The Buccaneer 16-6 has been developed from traditional cove boats that have been used for centuries and have operated from the rugged coasts of Cornwall for hand lining, gill netting and potting. They combine the qualities of stability, seaworthiness and load carrying capability.
They are suitable for either inboard engine or outboard engine propulsion. It would also be possible to fit electric drive with high capacity batteries which would be suitable for a quiet running pleasure launch ideal for estuaries and inland waterways. The Buccaneer 16-6 has proved to be popular throughout the British Isles and Ireland. We have also produced pleasure launch versions for as far away as Greece and the Caribbean. It can be either an open boat or fitted with an attractive forward cuddy.
We can arrange a demonstration on one of our locally based versions.Together with the other boats in our range the Buccaneer 16-6 is available as either a part assembly or completed to your own requirements by our highly skilled staff.
